Since I encourage you to read as much as possible, I got myself a book: "Who moved my cheese". No, there is nothing to do with food as far as I know. It's more about direction of life and goals.
I will post my review as soon as I read it. But, I want to stress this: think about your life.
Are you happy where it is going? Are you achieving your goals, or are you still in the same place you were 5 or 10 years ago?
